You can return or exchange if:
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, tag intact
- It’s in the same condition as you received it
What’s not eligible:
- Custom printed/special print designs
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
Refunds:
- Pre-paid orders: Refunds processed to original payment within 5-7 business days
